────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, no social embed, and no third-party script or web font of any kind.

That is why you are not being asked to accept anything. A consent banner exists to get permission for cookies and trackers that are not strictly necessary, and there are none here to ask about — a banner would only have made the site more annoying and less honest. If that ever changes, this page changes with it and the banner appears.

Some things are still recorded, because a web server cannot work otherwise and because two pages let you type something in on purpose. All of it is listed below.

Who is responsible

Gerrit Schimmelpenninck Mosse
Amsterdam, Netherlands
gerrit.s.xd@gmail.com

A personal, non-commercial site. There are no accounts, no payments, no newsletter, and nothing here is sold or shared for marketing.

What is recorded

1. Server logs — every visit

The web server writes one line per request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file you asked for, the response code and size, the page you came from if your browser sent it, and your browser's user-agent string.

2. The Limonchito petition — only if you sign

At /parque-de-limonchito/ you can sign a petition. If you do, this is stored:

the name you typedwhatever you chose to put there, up to 40 characters. Published publicly on that page.
your messageoptional, and also published publicly on that page.
the dateshown next to your signature.
a hash of your IPnot your IP. A salted SHA-256 hash of it, cut to 24 characters, used only to stop one person signing more than three times. It is never shown and cannot be turned back into your address.

3. The mojito judge — only if you play it

On the same page there is a game that scores a mojito recipe you type in. The text you submit is sent to DeepSeek (api.deepseek.com, operated by DeepSeek, China) to be scored, and comes back with a mark and a comment. Your text, the mark, the comment, the time and the same salted IP hash are stored.

4. /bot

/bot is a password-protected dashboard for a paper-trading experiment — simulated money, public market data, no exchange account. It collects nothing about visitors beyond the server logs in point 1.

What is not done

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to it being held, or withdraw consent you gave. For the petition and the game there is no account to log into, so just email gerrit.s.xd@gmail.com and say which signature or entry is yours — it will be removed. Server logs cannot be looked up per person in practice, and disappear on their own within 14 days.

If you are unhappy with how this is handled you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.

Privacidad

────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
